This is a First Day Cover hand signed by the late James "Jim" Irwin March 17, 1930 - August 8, 1991. This item measures approximately 4.5"x6 3/8". Irwin served as Lunar Module Pilot for Apollo 15, the fourth human lunar landing. He was the eighth person to walk on the moon. Unfortunately he was the first and youngest "Moon Walker" to die.
